    Tai Shan leaves the zoo for China Tai Shan, the adolescent giant panda who has been a beloved symbol of Washington for the past four years, left town Thursday morning for China after a week of farewells and tearful goodbyes.     Here’s one of my favourite images from this weekend’s engagement session in Washington DC. Gorgeous day to make photographs. The light, the colors, the couple. Totally worth the 8-hour parking lot of a ride home through T-giving traffic. (It normally it only takes 3 hours. Ugh.)
